New patients can complete their forms online quickly and securely before their first visit.
What should I bring with me?
Bring your ID, insurance card if applicable, and any relevant medical records or medications to help our team provide the best care.
What time is the last patient seen?
We see the last patient at 4:45 PM. New patients should arrive before 4:30 PM to ensure enough time for check-in.
Can I come for urgent care without an appointment?
Yes! Walk-ins are always welcome for same-day urgent care needs, and we aim to see you quickly.

Navigating insurance shouldn’t be complicated. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance while offering clear pricing and simple options to ensure your care is always accessible.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Aetna, Municipal Health, BCBS, Centene (Ambetter/QualChoice), Cigna, United Healthcare, Claritev (formaly Multiplan) and TriWest.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. All costs are transparent, and we provide estimates before procedures or tests so you know what to expect.
What if I don’t have insurance?
A visit costs $100 cash pay if not insured. Any additional tests or procedures will incur extra charges.
How does billing work?
We bill insurance directly when applicable. Cash-pay patients receive clear, upfront pricing for all services.

What types of urgent care do you treat?
We treat minor injuries, cuts, strains, sprains, burns, splinters, lacerations, eye injuries, small animal bites, and more.
What physicals do you offer?
We provide school and sports physicals, employment and DOT physicals, and general medical exams.
Are weight loss injections available?
Yes, we offer medically supervised weight loss injections to support your health goals.
What skin conditions can you treat?
We handle dermatitis, rashes, impetigo, ringworm, lice, warts, poison ivy and oak, and shingles.
What if I need additional procedures?
We offer suture and staple removal, wound evaluations, ear wax removal, and other minor procedures.
Do you treat common illnesses?
Yes, including colds, flu, ear infections, sinus infections, strep throat, UTIs, gout, and asthma.
Do you provide injections and vaccines?
Yes, including flu shots, Tdap, hormone and allergy injections, and other routine vaccines.
Do you offer health screenings?
We offer A1C testing, cholesterol and blood pressure monitoring, diabetic and COPD screenings, hepatitis C, and comprehensive health checks.
Are STD evaluations available?
Yes, we provide testing and treatment for STDs along with confidential guidance.
When should I seek emergency care instead?
Seek emergency care if you experience chest pain, shortness of breath, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness, sudden vision loss or blurred vision, major fractures or broken bones, seizure, severe abdominal pain, or serious burns.
